Fernbank Audubon Bird Walk

Join an Atlanta Audubon Society volunteer and discover more about the feathered inhabitants of Fernbank Forest, both permanent residents and visitors. This program is excellent for beginning birders or those desiring gentle terrain.

All ages are welcome. This program will be held rain or shine but may be canceled in the case of severe weather.

Each ticket includes access to all indoor museum exhibits, a movie in the Giant Screen Theater, and all outdoor experiences in WildWoods and Fernbank Forest. Movies in the Giant Screen Theater are available on a first come, first served basis.

You can add a second Giant Screen movie to your reservation at the Giant Screen Theater the day of your visit for only $5.00.

This program is FREE for Fernbank Museum members and Atlanta Audubon Society members.  Audubon members must pay for museum general admission.

Members must Register/Sign in to receive the member discount. Discount will be taken off automatically once ticket(s) are added to the cart.

Things to know before you visit:

• Audubon Bird Walks are on May 27, August 12, and October 14, from 9 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.
• Audubon members must pay to tour the museum. 
• The ticket includes access to a movie in Giant Screen film. Theater seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis for members and paying visitors.
• Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
• Have your eTicket(s) ready at the Museum entrance.
