Practice presence under the Giants of the Mesozoic Dinosaurs. Elizabeth Rowan will guide you through an hour of movement and meditation in a practice suitable for all levels. Beginners welcome. Don’t forget to bring your mat. Class includes private access to special exhibit Silk Road and post-practice adult beverages will be available for purchase.
